The studio · Tech

The engineering shelf.

Where the software ships from: multi-tenant platforms, zero-database architectures, realtime voice AI, actuarial engines, and CI pipelines that never let a broken build touch production.

Navigational Grid Our product

Agent-first AI for health coverage. Our own product.

The studio's flagship product: an AI-powered platform for health-insurance agents that puts the agent — and their relationship with the member — at the center. A plans-and-carriers data warehouse underneath, a copilot on top, and a simple thesis throughout: AI should empower agents, not replace them.

ArrivalQ

Which flight is worth waiting for? Our own experiment.

A studio side-project for rideshare drivers: scrape flight arrivals, local events, and weather, then score every inbound flight one-to-ten for pickup potential and compute the best windows to stage at the airport. A flight board built for people who get paid by the pickup.

SupportSim

Practice the hard calls before they're real.

A voice-based AI training platform: reps take simulated live calls against AI personas — angry, confused, chatty, silent — over a realtime voice model, then get scored by an LLM against role-specific rubrics. Three deployments from one codebase.

The Actuarial Engine

A giant actuarial spreadsheet, reborn as software.

The port of a sprawling actuarial Excel workbook into a real web application: actuarial-value calculation, plan snapshots, expected-value modeling, and stop-loss budgeting — eight tools, browser-native, held to parity with the original workbook's verified outputs.

The Boardroom Deck

A boardroom deck that's secretly a web platform.

One application serving two audiences that must never meet: a partner-feedback survey on one hostname, and an interactive board-meeting presentation on another — with QR self-signup, role-gated sales reports, print handouts, and an offline mode for the no-wifi ballroom.

The Calendar Fleet

A scheduling platform with a fleet of faces.

A multi-tenant scheduling platform that sits above a fleet of eight-plus white-label calendar apps — one identity and access layer up top, while every app below keeps its own brand, its own repo, and its own CI-gated deploy.

The Certification Portal

Register. Train. Score 100. No exceptions.

A full onboarding and certification portal: reps register, sit an AI-narrated training deck, then face a twenty-question exam that requires a perfect score — with the pass automatically emailed to the right people the moment it happens.

The Email Queue

An inbox distilled to what needs your eyes.

A live queue of exactly the emails that matter, curated by a trusted assistant with one flag. The mailbox itself is the database — no sync jobs, no copies, no drift. Open, reply, done.

The Everything-Dashboard

The everything-dashboard for a dealmaker.

One screen that consolidates a business leader's whole operating picture: commissions intelligence, team downlines, relationship dates, a schedule with notifications that find you anywhere, and direct messaging with an AI assistant riding along.

The Studio's Command Center

The studio's own command center — and it talks back.

The dashboard the studio runs itself on: one master task surface across every workstream, plus calendar, contacts, travel, and email — with an assistant that reads the board and answers the only question that matters: 'can I take this on?'
