The problem

Our client's principal lived across six disconnected tools — commission statements in one portal, people in another, a calendar that couldn't be trusted, and email as the fallback for everything.

He is deliberately not a technology person. The bar wasn't 'powerful' — it was 'look at one place and everything just works.'

What we built

  • A single dashboard that imports and reconciles commission data, tracks the team's downlines and milestones, and turns anniversaries and birthdays into automatic outreach moments.
  • Alerts engineered to actually land — schedule notifications routed to wherever he is, not to a tab he closed yesterday.
  • Direct messaging with an embedded AI assistant, so questions get answered in the flow of work instead of in another app.
  • Everything tested on a real human's real life for a week before it ever reached him.

What did the Hartley group book last quarter?
Hartley booked $18,420 across Q2 — up 12% on Q1. Their renewal lands Oct 14; want me to draft the outreach?
Yes — and put a reminder the week before.

Questions answered inside the workspace — no second app, no portal safari.
