The problem
New reps learn phone skills on real customers, which is exactly where you don't want them learning.
Roleplay with managers doesn't scale, gets scheduled never, and everyone behaves better when the boss is the caller.
What we built
- Realtime voice conversations against a cast of twenty-plus authored personas, each with their own temperament, backstory, and failure modes.
- An architecture where the client talks to the voice model directly on ephemeral tokens — the server never proxies audio, so latency stays conversational.
- LLM scoring against per-mode rubrics: a call ends and a coach's scorecard appears.
- One codebase, three branded deployments, switched by configuration.

MessagesAssistantI've been on hold twice today and now a robot? Unbelievable.
Not a robot on my end — I hear you, two holds is two too many. Let me pull this up right now.
...fine. It's about my card being charged twice.
A persona with a temper, a rep finding their feet — all voice, transcribed here. Nobody real was harmed.
